This album was an attempt to clear my songwriting queue and free up some new blank canvas to create. It took the better part of a year and was a huge learning experience. It’s not the most efficient process when you do it all yourself, but I had a great time reacquainting myself with the keys, and starting to work on my vocals and bass playing. I’m incredibly grateful to Nate, Sharina, John and Liana for their contributions (sorry I couldn’t get the track to work Liana!) Thank you to Tom Montagliano for being an awesome roommate and letting me borrow your mic and preamp, everything sounds way better because of you. Thanks Will (The 83rd) for mixing Running. Thank you Chris for letting me make all that noise right next to your room. Thank you Dom for the shots on the “Rowboat Season” video. Thank you Virginia for the great photo shoot. Thank you Latasha for the amazing artwork. Thank you Niki Morisette for my one vocal lesson, i need many more! Thank you Sean Curran for doing a "5" in your class last year, right after that I started singing the melody to “Running” and wrote the lyrics on the train home. Thanks to all my friends and family that I probably neglected at times in order to finish this thing. Thank you to anybody that listens to this, please share it with somebody you love.
